Hello . . . It's not clear yet what is export plugin you mention on this project. There are tons of export plugin I could found for woocommerce add-on. But, customization such as currency removal/change, decimal separator ( if money format ) etc could be done with woocommerce hooks If you were mention to official or popular woocommerce add-on. I am pretty sure they would provide a hook for developer. Where it is make possible to get customization without touch its plugin. Which mean the customization could be done separately and safely without bothering the cores. You get safe change, and still able to keep the update even after new version of plugin came up I could do both separate customization and direct tweak over plugin if option 1 is not possible.
