Currently, I have normal enquiry forms this [login to view URL] (under 123contactform) that send email enquiry to 1 email address. I want a provider that can do this for me... I want to direct the enquiries to different email addresses (up to 20 different emails). Not cc or bcc. maybe need a dashboard/admin panel to add/delete emails. How do i rotate them so that, each email won't get same enquiry msg & I can set what email address gets how many enquiry msg per day eg. 1) 1@ [login to view URL] - 3 enquiries / day 2) 2@ [login to view URL] - 4 enquiries / day 3) 3@ [login to view URL] - 6 enquiries / day ... What do I need to have to get this done? simple solution would be the best. PM for more detail. Thanks

Let me clear the understanding first. As I understand you will set the Emails from Backend. Now I am assuming there is 3 email ID you have already set. For ex: Email 1 = 3 email/day Email 2= 4 email/day Email 3= 2 email/day So in total there are 9 emails, can you please let me know what will happen when 10th person will fill this form? Next question: How should I rotate between them? For example first Email will receive his quota and then I will start sending to Email 2? or in below way: 1st Contact form input - > Email 1 2nd Input -> Email 2 Please clear me on the above and I am ready to start on.
