Data Management with Import Export of Excel Data & Forms - 26/04/2018 04:23 EDT

Hi All, We want a tool / utility / software to store our database which is being updated on daily basis , some fields are updated / added / modified. There should be users with different access rights like :- Addition , Editing , Deletion , Export Import Presently we are mentating this in excel sheet wherein we find the data field and update the required cell for that particular row matching a particular unique field value. The tool should be simple and compact. but should have an excel import / export feature . As of now we want the data to be stored on a local drive but can go for cloud if required This project is simple but would require very detailed understanding of the issue Our Infrastructure : - 1. 5-6 Pc's on LAN 2. Windows 7-10 OS 3. MS Office 2010 4. NO DOT NET TO BE USED 5. Internet Connectivity - 15 Mbps Need to get it done asap , only freelancers from India are allowed on this project
