I need to hire a developer that has prior experience with dating sites; someone that can work with and fix another developer's code. and able to implement all changes as needed: google analytics, robot file, custom XML site map, meta description, meta keywords, flurry analytics, Alex site rankings, up to date admin CMS pages, traffic impressions, Test the site in a variety of browsers including safari, chrome, fire fox, internet explorer, test functionality of the site to ensure there are no errors and no broken links. We will need to have a conversation and go over the site and all changes. This will be an ongoing job after the site is online. I will need to hire a developer to manage the site and ongoing SEO. Send me a quote detailing how much it will cost to fix the site. Pop-up notification is already on the site; it just needs to be tweaked. Also, I will need you to implement a payment gateway, fix profiles and make sure search is working correctly. This is a fixed-price only job; not hourly. I will create milestones, fund the milestones, and release the funds in the milestone when the work has been done correctly and is working properly. I don't do upfront payments.
