Admin manages customer relationships in this section. b. Customer information includes: Sales Accounts, Billing statements. c. Invoices d. Periodic payment date reminders. e. Special Reports. Staff management: a. Admin can add/edit/delete staff to the site. b. Can also provide privileges and access rights Contract module: a. admin can save the forms and contracts. b. View and edit the contract quotes c. Can take action on the contract quotes - can approve / reject / send quotes. Project module: a. Can create / view modify / close projects and its accounts. b. Can generate reports regarding the project status. Phase II: The project will be developed such that it will be easy to integrate a mobile app in future.
