Develop a Yellow page website with Laravel

I need to create a yellowpage website with laravel. So here are some of requirements
- Possibility to add a business and all the related details (name, address, tel, fax, images, video, etc)
- Possibility to have paid business which come featured
- Possibilty to add events (also here can have paid events). We can have also some movie show so possibilty to have more time on the same day. An event duration could be also days.
- a user can own a business so he can manage
- a user can also own a event
- admin has access to all events and business
- user can add business or event, but should be aproved by admin
An example can be shown here: [login to view URL], this is developed in wordpress and want to move to laravel.
- Also need a documentation of the implementation so I can change stuff when I needed
- On home page or business item view, possibilty to add adverts (So need advert management)
- etc.
