Ebay Product Configurator

Looking to have an eBay Product Configurator made for custom computers or other items that can be modified before a listing is created. It would let a customer select their components and then give them a new calculated price, and then create a new listing based on what they choose. Here is an example example: [login to view URL] It will need to have a very well designed UI for both the users and also for the Admin of the Configurator software. The core software will run as a service at a website. A user will create the Configurator enhanced listing and once done will simply load that code into the eBay listing. From their users will use it to create a custom listing as evidenced in the example shown above. Also here is a link of an app that creates a small icon on the listing for the seller to simply click to create an auction snipe.... i need the same small icon available to the sellers to simply click to bring up the Configurator Build form. Ill add more thoughts later..... a very similar Freelancer listing was created a while back and several VERY qualified coders bid about 200 on the project..... I am willing to pay much more as we get down the road and make modifications etc... but for now I'd like to see what kind of response I get at this level. Thanks guys!
