Email Address Verifier

I want someone to make a full email verification process:

1-Regex Check - First, we verify the format of the email address is correct and looks something like "email@[login to view URL]".

2- Disposable Check - We check if the email address has a domain name used for temporary email addresses.

3- Webmail Check - We verify if the email address uses a webmail like Gmail or Yahoo

4-MX Check - We check if there are MX records on the domain. If there aren't, the email address can't receive emails.

5-SMTP Server Check - This check is successful if we are able to connect to the SMTP server (indicated in MX records).

6-SMTP Check - We test the email address and see if it bounces or not.

7-Catch All Check - We check if the server has a catch-all policy which accepts all the email addresses.

Results:

Failure at step 1: Regex Invalid

Failure at step 2: Disposable Invalid

Failure at step 3: Webmail Invalid

Failure at step 4: MX invalid

Failure at step 5: SMTP Server Invalid

Failure at step 6: SMTP Invalid

If reach step 7 without failure then 2 options:

Catch All email: Catch All Invalid

Not Catch All email: OK

If any of the steps have the ip addresses blocked then redo that email address with a different ip address - there will be upto 4 ip addresses.

Must be multi-threaded so running 8-10 processes at a minimum at one time. Must be able to do 1000 emails per hour. Upload will be via CSV.

Ideally done on a Linode Server where ip addresses are already set up. You will work on your own staging server first and once everything is debugged then gain access to my server to setup.

Turn around time: Maximum 10 days.
