Email Validation and Cleaning Application

Hi , I have existing website / script which is just working prototype to validate emails id in slower rate I want to enhance this script which will do following page 1) validate emails at faster rate via multitasking/ threading expectation is it should expectation is it should atleast validate 10000000 emails per hour with below System Configuration 1GB RAM 10 GB SSD 1 CORE LINUX 64 BIT CentOS or LINUX 2) Its should validate major email providers like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] 3) Template has to be designed / developed with backend admin login and front end client login 4) We can use wordpress for CMS 5) role of admin and client will have features like [login to view URL] basically all features of [login to view URL] has to be implemented 6) User will upload email list and will click on validate and system will keep on checking emails with cron job setup and move to validated list 7) user should be able to see estimated time and he may loggoff and may comeback later and download the list All features of [login to view URL] has to be implemeted 8) All features of [login to view URL] has to be implemeted Option to specify Residential or Proxy Ip and test emails Note : No advance Payment at all .
