I have created an excel sheet that needs to have the following work below done. I have attached the examples of the file I am working with but in PDF form. Once someone is selected I will send the excel sheet to them. This sheet is proprietary to me and used with attorneys.
1. Create a proximity to subject mileage calculator that takes the subject address and calculates the comparable as the crow flies distance. I understand this might not be possible due to Google maps API code being very expensive. would like to see if someone can create a workaround.
2. There are many boxes in this form that need to have multiple drop down boxes added. I know how to do this, but I am needing a combo box code that allows me to type the first letter in the drop down box that selects it and then I am able to tab over. I have the verbiage that is needed for each drop down box.
3. As you can see there are +/- adjustments that are made to this form. I would like certain boxes to have automated formulas. Example if the subject has 6 total rooms 2bed rooms and 1 one bath, the formula would recoginze that given example sold comp three has 7 rooms -$3000 3 bedroom -$3000 and one bath for a total adjustment of $6k. I have the +/- adjustment amounts I just don't know how to create the formula for the workbook.
4. Locking down cells within the form and the ability for me to use tab and the tab then goes to the next open cell below not to the right.
5. Add four - five additional sheets that are called photo addendum sheet is 8.5x 14 legal document sized and will have 8 photos per page, all I have to do is click the image placeholder upload the file. There would be a small description above which I will add. All I need to do is have you add the image placeholder and make the macro work within the Workbook.
