Fix problems with Rich Text Editor

My website has dedicated CMS based on Zend framework. Website is hosted on VPS ([login to view URL]) with CentOS 7. php version 5.6 and it CAN NOT be changed. On CMS there is article add/edit form, which cause some problems to me. You can see that form on attached file rte1.png. I add there red letters (A) (B)... like on the list below. Changes I want you to do: 1. On section "Pozycja" (A) it should be selected by default "Artykuły", so I do not have to click it. 2. On section "nazwa:" (B) there is a problem with allowable number of characters. There is an error: "Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column 'name' at row 1'..." I want to increase that limit to 100 characters 3. On section "Treść::" (D) there is problem with images. On actual version of editor, when I upload new images the location of the file is encrypted. But this location is changed to very long code. In short text I can add 1 photo, but not more than 2. In long text there is usually problem with 1. Sometimes there is no error. There is info "cerrectly change the article", but there is no new image. Sometimes there is 500 internal server error. I do not want that location encryption. I want possibility to add many images to one article. 4. Section (E) images to add, should be delete or hide 5. On sections tytuł: (C) and Treść:(D) there is problems with special characters. Here are some examples of them: –…„ ‟ When I use them on article there is: a) very long error about it or b) no error, but nothing changes in article I usually copy entire articles to that editor and it is very time-consuming to check every single special character. I see two possible options: - let the editor use all special characters - automaticly change that "bad" special characters to space or * I can provide you full list of them if you need it.
