Follow up service for businesses

I am looking for a developer to build a site/service that follows up with a business' clients after they work with them. Input Page: There needs to be a page where a user can input emails for recent clients that will be emailed as the client through their mailservers a set amount of time later (we'll say 4 hours). This should be able to be shared as a unique link as well as viewable in their dashboard when they log in Email: The email that goes out should have a link that can detect if the user's client are logged into Google or Facebook and send them to the whichever they are logged into, and if they are logged into both it should send them to Google with the review box open for the business(like if they were reviewing this Pizza place, the link would be: [login to view URL]:0xbd28c090dfdc4963,3,,, ) . A follow-up email will ask for a Yelp review. It should be compatible on Mobile and Desktop. There should be another link that if the businesses clients are unhappy, they are taken to a private feedback form that gets emailed to just the business. Website Widget: There should be a widget that can pull in the business' reviews from Facebook, Google, and Yelp onto their site as well that can be provided for any website ( I would guess this would be Javascript, it just needs to pull their reviews from their accounts onto the page of their website) Site: For the actual site there just needs to be a basic website with a signup page. The user should be able to log in and see their emails, see recent reviews from all the pages (just the website widget basically), and then see any negative responses. The payments would be monthly recurring payments, they should be able to signup and swipe a credit card right on the site. I want the site to be done in Python-Flask or Django. Any type of Front end is fine, but it needs to look high quality and modern like [login to view URL] . I want the database to be Postgresql. The payment system will be Stripe. Included in the final submission it is required that there is fully documented code, a Readme that will include set up instructions for production and local environments. I want it to be able to run on linux server, so it could be easily deployed on AWS.
