Graphics Designer for a Healthcare Company -- 2

We are a National healthcare company headquartered in the Orlando, Florida area and we have an excellent opportunity for a freelance Web Designer to work on the production of our digital creative requirements. 

 We seek an experienced, creative and technically sophisticated digital designer who is fast, detail oriented and able to solve problems on-the-fly. This includes working with a variety of tools and processes to build solid sites, landing pages and online advertising units, including creating the required knowledge for integrating digital components. 

The Designer must be a relentless self-learner who keeps abreast of ongoing developments in digital tools, technologies, contemporary design, online marketing and Web site development. REQUIREMENTS -A solid background in design and website programming is required -Minimum 2 years hands-on Web design and development experience, including online marketing, advertising and/or promotions -Must have strong graphic design skills with a good eye for typography, layout and color -Strong interface design (Wireframes, UX/UI) and development skills for interactive media -Sophisticated knowledge of current Website and ad unit design and production processes, including hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ftp, gif animations, Photoshop, expertise with DHTML and XML. (PowerPoint and Visio knowledge a plus.) -Basic working knowledge of form posting -Adobe Premiere, and sound editing experience preferred -Strong image processing skills, including layering, resizing, color correction and optimized file conversion -Strong organizational and time management skills -Strong asset and file management skills -Good communication, listening and writing skills, including the ability to craft clear emails -General knowledge of Web databases, site tracking technologies and processes -The ability to focus, think clearly and work effectively under pressure -The ability to work effectively with others -Able to turn projects around quickly
