Gravity Forms - Code an automation: Send mapped entries daily in Excel to specific e-mail

Current situation: We use Gravity Forms + "Gravity Forms Entries in Excel" Plugin The plugin generates an excel file and a link to download the excel file. We download every day the new leads and have to map it into a new order. Current Workflow: 1. Download Excel – See [login to view URL] 2. Delete all old leads 3. Map everything into special format – [login to view URL] 4. Copy special columns in new rows + add some Columns (RecordTypeId, AffiliateID_c) – [login to view URL] 5. Send the result Excel file to a special e-mail address What we want from you: Create an automated workflow to send the new(!) collected leads from gravity forms entries every morning to the mail address with the attachment of the data results. What we think will work: Create an CronJob file which will be called from our server every morning. The file/Cronjob downloads the Excel file from the link, manipulates it to the final result sheet and sends it to the mail address. Maybe you create a small wordpress plugin where we can edit our wished fields (see below). These changes might also be made in the cronjob files header directly, so that no plugin is needed. But please feel free to come up with your solution. What must be configurable? - Documentation if other fields come in addition to it - Excel Download link must be customizable – Maybe unnecessary if you download the gravity form entries directly - E-Mail Address to send to and BCC + CC mail addresses - Field RecordTypeId (J) must be editable - Field AffiliateID_c (I) must be editable
