Hard-code Responsive Webpage

SUMMARY: Hard-code my design into a responsive webpage using your preferred software and include a basic interior (header/footer) page. SPECS: Revolving customer testimonial element CSS header and footer; create a basicinterior page Scrolling header (moves with page) Links (i.e. shopping cart, buttons, etc) Search Field Interaction effects (link/button highlights; I can provide additional graphics if necessary) Intelligent use of text elements (i.e. footer copyright / disclaimer which obviously need to be updated annually; makes sense to do this as text instead of graphic images). Copy over / connect our meta and google analytics I will provide: A file specifying font type and element colors. PSD file (*Photoshop 7.0*) of all elements Graphics All necessary links and 3rd party code i.e. newsletter, search, cart, etc Use these as much or as little as you need (i.e. it is acceptable if you want to re-create the page using your preferred software as long as it remains true to my design). OTHER: My website is .php. Converting to HTTPS so make sure all links/directs are HTTPS compatible I'll upload the page to my server. Prior to releasing funds I will test on multiple devices to verify there are no bugs, display issues, etc. IMPORTANT: ***If the PSD is necessary for you to convert the design into a webpage, make sure you can open and access it prior to bidding*** Please ask questions and/or request clarification as much as necessary!
