Headless Wordpress/React/Node.js/Heroku/Github/Mailchimp - Contact/Warranty forms needed (English/German)

My client urgently needs two forms (contact form and warranty/product registration form) for an existing website. The website is done with headless Wordpress/React/Node.js and the forms needed are a (rather) simple contact form (with embedded Mailchimp-newsletter-subscription) and a more complicated warranty form. These two forms need to be easily adapted into different languages, English and German for now.
The forms should trigger the following upon completing and sending:
1) A copy of the sent form will be returned to owner of website and sender.
2) If Newsletter option is clicked, Mailchimp will send Opt-In-Email separately.
3) If possible, data should be automatically written into Excel-spreadsheet.
4) Redirect to existing 'Thankyou'-page.
Both forms are actually already done with WPForms for Wordpress. Since the website uses React, implementing is not possible (cannot be done from us). These forms are the example how the final form running on the website should function.
Link to existing forms will be given.
Forms have to be embedded into existing pages with existing layout.
