The emails sent by our dedicated server (Postfix, PHP mail) are blocked or sent directly to junk folders by some networks like Hotmail, Bell, and AT&T. Our IP does not seem to be blacklisted. Sent messages pass SPF DKIM and DMARK. I need counselling from an email expert to help solve the issue. I will not give server access but can forward config files and email headers.
