Help with Google API key

We have a Taxi Booking System which uses Google API key for directions. Google have recently started charging for the service and would like to use other free provider ( if possible ). Is there anyone who can help with changing our journey search and adding other provider?
I would consider other way of doing it - ( if exist )
We are distributing this booker to taxi companies and are not able to use one key for all of them as cost will be high. And is complicated to create a key for each of them as Google requiere credit card.
