Searching for an additional computer savvy Data Entry to join our team. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Required: - Reliable and timely (on site attendance is mandatory) - Able to multi-task and work well under pressure - Well organized and detail oriented is a MUST - Able to recognize and correct errors without being prompted to do so - Must be able to learn and adhere to company standards for order entry/processing - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Publisher - General computer skills, including email - Self motivated and able to complete new tasks without being directed to do so - Able to work in a fast paced environment where schedules and priorities will change at a moment's notice - Sound math skills - Able to understand and retain moderate to complex concepts relating to print layouts and orders Duties: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, fax and in person - Advise clients as to job status and schedule changes - Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately - Enter and maintain accurate order tickets for clients - Follow several order at once from start to finish - Double check specifications and pricing for every order and quote sent and received - Prepare shipping documents including BOL's, Packing Lists, Customs Documents, etc - Arrange local and out of state and local trucking for orders - QC inspect customer samples before sending them out to each client - Filing and retrieving hard copy and virtual files accurately
