Hello! I have a broad experience of working with ESP8266 modules and running NodeJS servers on them. I am sure I can complete your task successfully. In order to offer you the best solution I need to get some more details. What type of a web-server are you using? Since editing an HTML page from JavaScript directly is not the best practice, I will use a JSON file for storing and passing the values. It will be faster than using a database.
