Implement Sakai with an integration with Adobe Connect on a web server

I am looking for someone that can implement the latest version of SAKAI LMS to a VPS server (or a dedicated server if that is a better choice) and integrate an Adobe Connect license to the Sakai LMS.

I would need the SAKAI LMS to be able to be accessed with Single Sign on to a Student link on my Website.

Hoping for someone that can do this.
