Improve basic Avada theme install and design a logo -- repost

Hello! We need to adjust existing Wordpress & Avada install layout and design. All changes should be implemented as a child Avada theme.

1. Popup. Site visitors should see a popup opening on their first visit. Popup should set a cookie after that, so it will be not showing on further visits until cookie gets cleared. Popup includes image, some text and a form. Popup should be responsive and fitting the viewport properly on all mobile devices. We have this popup already but it uses outdated plugin and is not responsive. So you can either use Avada modal popup with few modifications or advise us some different modern popup plugin you think will work best.

2. Logo. We need main site logo to be redesigned. Our existing logo is too basic and outdated. We need something modern looking and matching Avada theme layout. Logo doesn’t need to be overloaded with fancy design but must look clean and professional. We have some wishes about symbols & colors that should be used in logo.

3. Pages. Site has many different articles and several main areas – Homepage, About Us, Blog and Order form. They use just basic Avada install layout right now but we want to customize the look to match the new logo and look more professional, modern and clean in overall. We have some suggestions – like using “full width layer slider” on homepage and “right sidebar template” on blog pages but you should have a proper layout design skills and talents to make the site more visually appealing than it is now.

So, in general, we want to refresh the look of our existing site – from basic Avada install to something that would look clean, modern and responsive. We don’t need fancy graphic design or advanced features, so the main graphic task is a logo and other tasks are just custom css and Avada elements usage. Most important skill you should have to achieve the goal is good taste in design and experience in creating Avada child themes. We are ok if you will reuse some of your existing solutions to make things faster. We would need you to tell us what should be changes in the main sections of the site. It is pretty easy project for somebody with good sense of art and experience. Site is not selling goods, it’s a site of an author writing articles related to psychology and human relations written in russian, so Russia or Ukraine based freelancers are preferred.
