We have a web application and would like to be able to make/receive phone calls through the app.
The project involves:
* installing asterisk;
* configuring trunks and dial plans on asterisk (PBX) based on number prefixes;
* making and receiving calls from asterisk (PBX) directly on the web application;
* recording incoming and outgoing calls automatically (calls made from and received into the web app);
At the end of the project, we expect an operative to click on a button, from the web application, in order to make a call. This will show a popup with call status (dialing, ringing, connected, rejected, hanged up), this status will change based on the actual call status. Also, all operatives should see a popup of an incoming call (ringing) and one can answer it (answered)... all this from the web application. At the same time, the call is recorded automatically.
Using the web app, an operative can click on a phone number to dial it (calling and ringing). The call is recorded as soon as it gets connected (answered).
The database is to hold information such as:
* date/time of the calling
* destination/originating number
* link to the recording
