Hello,
we are looking for a website which serves both the employers and employees.
The business model in short is that, job seekers can upload their CVs by filling in the fields and selecting the available options. This CV will then be saved in the database.
On the other side, the employers can then search for these CVs on the website. So they will also be presented with the fields and options to select. And based on their selection, the employers will be presented with total number of matched CVs.
Once the employers know that there are CVs matching their requirements, they can then pay on the website to view these CVs. There should be two options (which we as a company can enable or disable when we want). Option 1, is that after the payment is confirmed, the employers can view 10 CVs by themselves from the available list. And option number 2, is that we personally send them the 10 best CVs later by email based on our own evaluation.
Stripe and local payment gateway 'Paysera' should be integrated with the website.
The website should have links to social media profiles (facebook likes)
The website should have an emailing sytem built-in in it, so that it sends emails to people when they create a CV, or when they make payments, or if we want to send emails to a group of short listed CVs etc.
Website should have an easy to understand and easy to manage 'Admin Panel' for our use.
There should be an option which, we as a company, can enable or disable anytime, to set a fee for job seekers to create their CV in our database.
Website should not be on WordPress.
Website should have a SSL certificate.
Website should be scalable should be hosted on Amazon servers for high performance and scalability.
The information which job seekers enter in the fields at the time of creating their CV should be saved/rendered in PDF format. Job seekers cannot download this PDF file. This PDF file is only for us so that we can send it to employers once they pay for the service. Or, if they can view these PDFs on the website, if we have set up the settings like that. (As I mentioned above, the website should have both of these options and we as a company can decide which option we want to use and when).
The website should be fast and should be mobile responsive.
The website should have an awesome layout and should reflect quality and trust.
The website should be easy to manage for us in the backend.
The filters should display live results. For example if at the beginning of CV search it says there are 20,000 CVs in the database, then as the employers add more filters the number should change instantly with the change of each filter. And it should be visible all the time.
The filters should work flawlessly and there should not be any bugs in it.
The match is made based on the requirements which employers select and the information which job seekers have entered at the time of creating their CVs. The input fields are the same both for job seekers and for employers. And based on the matching of information, the results are matched.
The website should have two tabs on top navigation. One is for employers and the other one is for job seekers. Each have their own page and information. But the same filter is on both pages. The difference is that the job seekers use these fields/forms/filters to add information to create a CV (which is then stored in the database), and the employers can use the same filters/forms/fields to get the matches for the CVs.
I can explain more details to get a clear and a better understanding on TeamViewer and shall explain verbally so that you understand the job better. This is why it is compulsory that you have excellent English language skills and have TeamViewer so that we can work better in a team.
The job also requires that you will offer technical support to us later if needed.
