JOBDIVA INTEGRATION FOR MULTI TENANT PBX

Hi Team, I’ve attached JobDiva API web services documentation for your reference. 1- Click to Dial: JobDiva supports Click to Dial using HTTP call or RESTFul API. We’ll need this to set up click2dial function. 2- Incoming Call Screen Pop: two methods are supported. a. Use the JobDiva API web services’ searchCandidateProfile and/or searchContact method to locate a matching candidate or contact. Pass digits only (without leading 1) as phone number parameter. b. Call a JobDiva page to get a display the search results [login to view URL] Pass the phone digits only (without leading 1) as the ANI parameter. Check with Jobdiva to use either [login to view URL] or www2.jobdiva.com. 3- Note for Incoming or Outgoing calls: Use the JobDiva API web services’s createCandidateNote and/or createContactNote method to add a note in JobDiva. JobDiva API supports creating notes using the API user account on behalf of an actual user. Important: ======== As mentioned above are general integration with JOBDIVA but I have attached VOIP OFFICE PBX third party Integration guide using our Desktop Application. NOTE: Vonage has integrated their VoIP Phone systems with Jobdia, Please find chrome store app they are using for this integration. we need exactly using our application which attached on the document.
