Joomla CRMery CRM Customizations

CRMery is Joomla based CRM extension and I'm looking for some customization work to be done.

I would like to work together on this project via TeamViewer screen sharing so I can demonstrate and discuss what customizations we would like to achieve and also learn some of the steps and guidance along the way. Therefore you will need to speak good English and be happy to talk and not just communicate via email.

Customizations I am looking to achieve (amongst others) will include:

- Replace the 'Name' field with the incremental 'Deal ID' that is hidden so that each new deal that is put onto the CRM is automatically allocated a unique Case ID, which is visible on the front end and not hidden.

- Make Primary & Secondary contact visible.

- Ability to add multiple sales products to a 'Deal'.

- Ability to add different participants/people/owners to a Deal so they can either work on a deal at the same time and/or earn commission.

- Allocation and production of commission statements to various participants assigned to a 'Deal'

- Data Integration and field mapping with 3rd party software systems.

- Ability to email from within the CRM system and have that recorded in the 'Deal' record.

- Ability to integrate with a ping-post lead distribution system.

There will be other things to do along the way but these are the main things at this stage.

Would like to pay between $10-$30 per hour and would hope the customizations would take somewhere between 100-1000 hours.
