Just checked the attached document and checked ratestudenthousing test website and admin panel which you have shared; There I noticed that you need changes on Home Page, changes on admin pages, student reference page changes, changes on student Point page, change on university page and assurance page as well. For example, Need to properly redirect OUR COMMITMENT button; Remove line from four computer screen; Add demo of profile section, increase the height of the Commitment section etc and many more changes as documented with the Google document; Regarding this kind of project, here is my planning to manage this project: First I will prepare a detail task break up as per the document; In that mean time, I have prepare a lists of my queries which i need to clear before I start working or make any commitment; After clear my understanding over your requirement, I will prepare the detail task break up document; The document is contained with required time to complete each tasks; After your approval, I will start working with following that document; will give you update on each day basis; At EOD, I will submit my tasks report for that day to you; You will check it and if needed any changes, reply back to me; Accordingly I will start working for the next day.
