3 lines of meta code for oscommerce written

I just need 6 lines of code to produce meta tags for my NEW oscommerce 2.3.4 store. I NOW have a oscommerce shop 2.2 It has meta tags that are on the [login to view URL] page as: 1 - <title><? echo tep_not_null($the_product_model) ? $the_product_name . ' by ' . $the_product_model : $the_product_name; ?></title> 2 - <meta name="description" content="<? echo substr($the_product_name . ',' .' by ' . $the_product_model . ' - ' . $the_product_description,0, 152) . " ...more"; ?>"> 3 - <meta name="keywords" content="<? echo tep_not_null($the_product_model) ? $the_product_name .
