I am looking for a developer to complete an important business software project. The project will involve integrating a link telephony system with our existing HRMS and CRM. The developer should possess strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a distributed team. We require the successful completion of this project within a specified deadline. The developer will be responsible for integrating a link telephony system into our existing HRMS and CRM. This include the configuration of the link telephony system with the existing applications. This includes ensuring that all components are properly deployed on the cloud platform. The CRM & HRMS is build base on PHP code and the developer require to work closely with software designer who will assist to advise the design on the application We are committed to creating a successful project outcome, and look forward to welcoming a reliable The task as below Telephony System 1. To link the PABX to CRM – Click 2 Dial Feature to be on 2. To have dialer in CRM so that extension to extension can be call for free 3. Issabel Meet 4. Auto Dialer to link to CRM Sales CRM 1. Internal Chat 2. CRM – To have free form for Supervisor, Manager to create their own form, same as vTiger 3. Reporting to be based on dropdown selection for Level 1 to max Level 5 HR Portal 1. HR Portal to link to HR2000 software 2. Payslip / EA form records for user – Can download the document 3. Attendance base on Google Map records, GPS positioning and capture time of login in, using server time 4. Claims Details – To have Yearly Entitlement, Taken, Balance, 5. Summary of type of leave and show in calendar 6. Company policies to have upload button, insurance policy, HR policy, claim policy, Employee contract
