login and simple member management

This project is to create a login system for a member, create an admin area that is only used for member account management and pull some of the member profile into the pages they access in the members area. Most of these pages are forms that are already being processed to send an email upon submission using [login to view URL], this is already working and no changes are required.
- we have already done all the HTML for this project, only the PHP coding is needed
- the admin area will allow adding, editing and deleting a member account. A member account has about 8 fields. The admin needs to download all member accounts in a text delimited format. The total member accounts will be about 60
- create a member login system: add google Captcha into the login page; code the forgot password to work, it sends a reset password link to the member using the email in the profile. When the member clicks on this link they get the page to enter new password. A defined strength level of password will be enforced by the system in all areas a new password can be entered. This is at least 8 characters, must contain at least one capital letter and one number
- you can view the pages and click on the forms here: naaatt ( dot ) org/member/clubroom/
- some information from the member profile is to be pulled into pages like: club name; club code; email, address. The items that are to be pulled in are marked in square brackets e.g. [Contact] - [Club] - [Code]. Some hidden fields also have square brackets for their values that need to be pulled from the profile.
- Some javascript code needs to be added to prompt the member that they have not filled out all required fields. In [login to view URL] a hidden field named "require" is used to identify which are required and this field already has the list for each form.
We will setup a development account for you to work off of. All work for us to review must be uploaded and tested off of this development account
We only release milestones upon review of a completed phase of the project. We do not release a milestone as an advanced payment before seeing work done.
