I'd like to build a plugin for Mac Mail. I'd like the plugin to have one function which allows notes to be added to emails. Attached is an example of a note being added. This can work in a very similar way to the MailButler service. Notes are not to be sent to the recipient of the email. Notes need to be stored on a server somewhere and accessible on multiple devices with the plugin installed. When you install the plugin you should be able to register your name. When a note is created the name of the person who created the note should be visible as well as the time/date of the note. A default background colour should be used for notes but I'd like the note background colour to be configurable for each note.

Hi! I'm experienced macOS developer. As you may know Mac Mail plugins are hidden area in macOS development. The apple didn't provide any documentation and guide for such plugins. So cloud be situation when apple will decide to stop support of plugins for Mail.app. For now plugins are available but you should notice that any updates for macOS may reject plugins. Any way I can do this for you. It's not simple task.
