We already know that in magento 2.0 pre have rebuilt functionality by which you can add product into cart and still purchase them if admin allow that. the problem you have occurs when there is some extensions you are using in the current system is not compatible with a magento 2.0. I also want know which template you are using in your website ? So i can troubleshoot and fix this issue , it wont take more than two days to fix this issue. Thanks!1
