Hi, To make a clone to Twitter, we must consider following things: 1) Twitter has initially been made using Ruby on Rails. Thus, we must choose a technology at least equal or having more secured features. We recommend Python. 2) The security and hosting features using Cloud 3) Affiliations for Business pages and celebrity profiles 4) RESTful API has to be developed for developers in order to use it as a social media platform Hence, we recommend to make an SRS of this project before development so that we keep all the necessary points in place.
