I want to see if this is possible using any of the mapping APIs. I default to Google Maps or Bing APIs, but I am open to other providers.

What I Want:

I want a small program where I can draw a shape (e.g. rectangle) on a map, and it will display for me a list of all the addresses that are inside the shape.

For example, in the image, you can see I used Zillow that shows the rectangle and it shows what's for sale. However, I want to list all addresses that are in the coordinates. This will be for USA addresses.

Developer Requirements

Background in mapping api work.

I can do this. Since google maps does not have a feature like this, my approach would be to look for places with a radius of the square. This would find all addresses in the circle plus some extras. Then I would check Továbbiak
