Migrate WordPress website to OceanWP Theme

The current website distrosystems[dot]com is in a customized WP with lot of poor CSS/JS and needs to be converted to WordPress as we are looking to scale. The new Theme needs to be customized out of the box. NO CODING ALLOWED. Only config changes. You need to know the OCEAN WordPress theme very well. We need an awesome WordPress Developer who will be able to deliver this transition. Key Requirements: 1. No FTP access will be given. You need to build this using the WP Configuration abilities. Since the website will be hosted on a managed WordPress hosting provider (Think WPEngine) 2. The font, color combination etc. needs to remain the same 3.
