Mind Body API integration with Excel to automatically run data searches and update a dashboard

I can log into Mind Body (online fitness software) and run various exel reports that i manually copy and past into excel, which as long as they remain in the same format my dashboard on a separate tab will automatically pick up and run some formulas to give me some key operating statistics.
As I am currently manually running about 10 different searches and copy and pasting them into different tabs in my workbook, I would prefer to see if there is a way to automatically plug into the Mind Body API using my password and have the searches run and paste into each relevant tab so that I cut out all the extra time.
I can share the workbook and explain further but would prefer to do so when I have found someone who clearly understands my requirements and maybe has some suggestions for any improvements.
