We are building a generic management information system, the platforms used are Microsoft SQL Server database, HTML 5, JavaScript, PHP, leaflet and D3. We have the general website structure and Database and need an applications development programmer to; • Build a login form linked to the database • build web forms using bootstrap for 3 views/tables in the database, • the forms need to act in both a data search and data entry/update capacity • a nested menu that enables editing of the Look-up tables based on login credentials As a secondary task the web forms need to integrate with leaflet maps and also with D3 info-graphics (SVG graphs). There is also a requirement to incorporate some D3 graphs (from DB data) as a dashboard style output. The preference is to use SQL queries outputting Json files which link to the forms, leaflet and D3. The version of SQL Server used is pre-json compatible (2012) so the database has a custom function to output json from queries.
