Modification on Ionic app

I have this app [login to view URL] and I need to do some modifications 1) When the user go to “Add cart” my client need to transform the popup into a page with selectable cards, just like the image shows, the extras can be selected in this page after a click over the card 2) After click on “Add cart” in select Size, add a limit to choices that can be chosen, first add a option in the - Dashboard / Food / Edit Food, when the admin is creating a food the admin need to select a limit to options that can be selected by the user after the user click on “Add cart”, this value go from 1 to 100, for example if the admin user select 5 as limit on the admin dashboard, when the user click on the “add cart” button, the user can only select 5 items from the list, if the user select 4, the app shows a error “please add one more to the list to complete the 5 items” if the user select 6 the app shows a error “please remove 1 item for complete your 5 items order”. 3) Add in the admin panel a delivery option, the fields needs to be “destination” “cost” this two values are seated by the admin in the delivery tab (this need to be created) 4) in the app when the user checkout, add a listbox with the list filled in the delivery tab on the admin dashboard by the admin, when the user select one delivery location from the list, the cost of the delivery add to the final price. for example, the admin put “Location: NEW YORK / Cost: $100 “ if the user select in the delivery pop up (you need to create this) NEW YORK, the app add $100 to the final price on the checkout.
