Modify Existing Web Template, Add Pic & Text Content, Etc.

We have a website project that will use a template already in place. Several modifications need to be made including : Making the hover menu, or sub menus work Lining up the word content with the pictures, just as it is with the Microsoft word document you’ve seen. 1) Various changes to content, adding in text, add in logo's, data entry. 2) Adding a Slider / Scrolling Banner into homepage.. full width of homepage on normal monitor size screen. They wish to have several images rotate in & out. 3) This is roughly a 7 page website.. The Client has 14 pages of content but it will end up being on the website as 6 or 7 pages. 4) Images may have to be taken from the clients word documents, if this is to difficult we can request client to add images to our Dropbox, however it will take them awhile. 5) A Hover Menu / Sub Menu / Or drop down menu has to be created and added into the Nav Bar. Currently this is not a feature of the template. 6) Lining up text content to the pictures is extremely important to the client. **Very important to have the wording line up just as it is seen in the Microsoft word document. – The client actually switched from another designer to us because of this fact, so this is extremely important. They do understand that when the screen size changes from being responsive to Tablet, Cell phone size that it will change. When content changes, they still want some kind of line to differentiate the correct sections of content with which picture it goes with, almost like book pages. The line can be a darker brown css border line that is coded in, only visible for the smaller screens. Let us know if there are any further questions that we can help to answer. Thank you!
