Moodle Customization

Hi There, We have installed moodle on our server and would like to customize it with the following features. * 3 Types of Users - Staff / Companies / Management STAFF MODULES: 1) Induction - Video to be played - Once video is played staff can click to begin assement - Assement is multiple choice questions - Staff can then submit answers and get results including indication of correct answers for wrongly answered questions - Staff will then have the option to retake if assement is not passed with enough % points - Once passed, Induction will be marked as pass and passing date will be recorded. - Once passed, Training Module 1 will be unlocked 2) Training Modules - 7 Training modules identical in functionality to Induction as above. - After passing each one, the next one is opened up. 3) Safety Modules - This will be a list of the latest saftey rules / laws as updated by management in management dashboard. - It will be a list of safety rules with a title in bold and details of the rules below. - When a rule is updated or new rule is published, staff should be alerted immediately upon next login to moodle. 4) Newsletter / Memo Module - This will be a newletter or memo feature where Managment can send alerts to staff 5) Personal Information - Staff personal information would be displayed and modifiable. - Upon submission of updated information a request should be sent to management to approve changes in personal details. 6) Company Information - Staff should be able to access company documents and information posted by management. 7) Contact List - Staff should be able to access company contact list which would be posted by management. COMPANIES MODULES: 1) Induction Module as Above 2) Newletter Module as Above 3) Personal Information Module as Above MANAGEMENT MODULES: 1) Manage all Staff Modules - Be able to update content and manage all staff module content as listed above 2) Manage all User Groups 3) Insurance Module - Be able to manage all users insurance information - There should be a reminder to users email addres and management 30 days before insurance expiry of a user 4) Matrix - Be able to create and manage spreadsheets
