NASCAR Lineup Optimization with Matlab or PHP

The main premise behind this is with DraftKings you have to put together the best lineup staying under a salary cap. Each driver has a salary, and you have to choose six of them. With the optimizer, I need to be able to put in the driver data, their salary, and my projected points for them. The optimizer then needs to be able to compile up to 150 unique lineups based on those projected points (so the best lineups possible based on the points). What the end user needs to be able to control is the maximum salary cap (so anywhere from 0 to 50,000), the minimum and maximum percent they want for each driver in the lineups created, and then be able to edit the projected points. The end result needs to be a .csv download of the results of the driver inputs. I think professional mathematician could finish this project within 1 or 2 days One more thing.
