Need to add some features to existing Code ignitor system(PHP)

We have a simple marketplace website where users can log in and either book or provide suggestion services. The user chooses from the available experts, book and they meet(Kind of classified). The site has many features but we need to add some more features. It is done using code ignitor(PHP/Mysql). Basically, these are the things to be added: 1. Main task: Needs to integrate the existing system with this open source core php project(user system, task etc) [login to view URL] (now it is one to one service, we need to add one to many:group features, one service provider-many users at the same time).All required changes to handle it. Information about the session in the existing system. 2. Private Chat features—one to one (which user can turn on/off)—you can integrate any available chat script (may be in code ignitor) or create the simple one. (simple, potential customer can quickly chat before the actual booking). Ability to add text documents. 3. Flexible Hourly booking or rate per hour (now it is on fixed slots).Bulk multiple day booking(package-3 sessions). 4. The customer can post service provider wanted Ad(simple text). Provide service provider suggestion to send the message after ad posting(simple matching based on keywords).With status. [login to view URL] message system(one user can send a message to another, now it is to email only) 6. Badge and level system (assign different badges or level to a user) [login to view URL] social login especially Facebook 8. The provider can offer Promotion and trail session. [login to view URL] graphical/ colour changes/moves in existing theme(look/display)-NOT theme design. We will provide the actual link looking at your BID and experience(will contact selected ones only). Those are the things to be done and we assume that expert developer must have an idea how much cost and time it will take (the existing system is managed and well done in code ignitor).
