General information for the website: We are a college, students do short courses. We want to receive their assignments and course work online and mark it online to give instant feed backs. Kind of development: New website from scratch Num. of web pages/modules: 10-15 modules Description : 1- Students will be registered using registration form. 2- A Student will be registered against a course. ( so a module to enter new courses should be there ). 3- Upon registration student receives login details to access work area. 4- Work area will show students all required assignments ( could be question/answer, multiple choice, essay writing etc) or upload a document. 5- Student will submit assignment/assignments and teacher/assessor receives an email about submission. 6- Assessor / Teacher will mark the work and give feedback ( so a module for assessor/teacher will be required ). 7- Assessor / teacher will submit after marking / feedback and student receives back the decision on assignment. At this stage student may need to submit more work or make corrections as identified by assessor/teacher in the feedback. 8- Assessor and student will keep on receiving alerts till the assignment is graded as pass/complete by assessor. 9- Assessor/teacher will mark all assignments and give final grade to student. 10- Now another person called Quality Assurer will pick up teacher/assessor's work and check if the teacher/assessor has marked/graded assignments correctly or not. This user called quality assurer will give a feedback to teacher/assessor. 11- If quality assurer agrees with teacher/assessor's decision he/she will finally sign off the student. This means student has passed the course and ready for certificate. Description of requirements/features: Fully combustible and responsive design. User friendly and easy to understand. Minimum 6 months support after delivery. Minor updates and changes will go free. CMS and Admin requirements: Will appreciate your advice, but latest tech should be used. Extra notes: You will need to talk to us to understand concept in depth. A time waster has dumped us today after 2 weeks , so please no time wasters. If you send us a quote or proposal after 10 minutes of submission, we will not entertain you as this would mean you have not read our requirements and concept of the application is not with you.
