I'm looking for a developer to build or add a plug-in for a custom online survey system that will be built in to my website. I do not wish to use external survey tools such as Survey Monkey but I need a system just like it. The survey tool/ plug-in needs to be reusable - allowing admin users to create an unlimited number of surveys, with the survey results being downloadable and with an option of results being collated and sent to an email recipient. The tool should allow administrators/user to log into the website, create multiple surveys, download survey results in csv and Excel formats, email survey results, etc.
