Open Source Project - Field Work Orders

We are looking to hire one or two developers to assist in building a small open source project. It will utilize AWS, Dedicated Hardware, JIRA, Bitbucket and other Atlassian products while in development.
We want to build a platform similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - They are simple online platforms where a consumer selects a service they need and then a database of registered freelancer/technicians in that users defined area bid on that work order and/or accept it. It needs to be able to function with WPGeoDirectory plugin API and Woocommerce initially. This will function as a SaaS product.
A contract will be required to clearly define ownership, non-compete and confidentiality. 50% milestone funded upfront, released once 50% of work is done. Then, the remaining 50% will be funded and released once complete with full documentation.
We will provide the front end design and other site functionality.
