Ordering and Procurement Portal

Ordering, Assignation, Managing, Procurements, Tender & Bid Portal for Wordpress or relevant CMS or based on Laravel. (Our preferred method is a plug in for WP.) A brief introduction to what it is supposed to provide: This portal aims to handle company procurement requests for projects which have to be inquired from different suppliers in the related industry all around the world. For example for project#1, the company may need to procure bunch of materials for productions, and assuming this project is for example fabricating a speaker for mass production, then this project is related to Electronic industry (or let’s say category), then for this example, either the company employee or the outsourced partner person or company (the outsourced partners are either persons or companies so considering both private individuals and corporate bodies in profiling is necessary) in requesting material department (Procurement dep.) would be called the requestor or client. There are administrators or managers that are normally heads of procurement departments and can manage, modify, monitor, accept, send, connect and process requests from requestors to suppliers and reversely, manage, modify, monitor, accept, send, connect, process and finally return the result of inquiries to clients or requestors. Administrators will try to get and find best pricing and quality for requested items from listed suppliers in our directory and somehow makes it as a Tender or Bid between them for competition. The point is at the requestor or client’s page there is an industry category or group selection which requestors or clients based on their knowledge will decide to pass or send their request to what industry category or group, however, if they were wrong before requests can be sent and submitted to the groups administrators can review and see if everything is in order and then mark it as to be sent, so it will get broadcast to all members in the portal.
