Personalize egroupware PHP software

Hello, we have an existing egroupware setup (e.g. [login to view URL]), and we created some custom fields in the addressbook module, based on dates. What we need is basically to change the color of images, based on dates. Today, all info buttons are blue, but we need to have: red: to expired tasks (dates expired) yellow: to expiring tasks (next 30 days) green: for more than 30 days upcoming tasks Attached we have an image from the system to evaluate it.
