HI Thank you for posting this project. From what I've understood, backend still keeping the same as current. I'll help you to mash up Front-end so It'll look like more user-friendly and modern. New template will also be responsive in all kind of devices(mobile,tablet, ...) I could make a first review of template within 3 days. And then another 3 days to intergrate it into current website. Another point of interest for me to bid on this project is that this project is related to OCR which I find quite interesting to work on.
