PHP developer required to eliminate duplicated database requests generated from a WordPress plugin

The problem: --------------------- I manage a job-board website which runs on wordpress and a pre-built job-board plugin. Although the loading speeds of the static pages are relatively quick, any dynmaic content delivered by the pre-built job-board plugin (e.g. searching for jobs or filtering the results) is slow. The cause of the problem: ------------------------------------------ When the pre-built job-board plugin is used, it generates a large number (approx. 800) of different queries. This itself isn't an issue, however, of these ~800 queries, approx. 120 of them request the exact same section of code from the database (please see the attached image - the code which is getting called 120 times is shown under the 'Caller' column). Without going too into the maths, processing one of these requests takes 70ms, so with it being duplicated 120 times, in total it increases my server response time by around 8.4s. What I'm after: ------------------------ I'm after a competent PHP programmer who can go into the code and fix this. Requirements: ----------------------- For the project to be successful, the two following criteria will need to be met: 1. The additional 8.4s server response time is removed, either by eliminating the repeated requests or through other suitable programming means. 2. The functionality of the website and plugin remains untouched - i.e. after your amendments, other than being quicker, the front and backend of the website and plugin should still look and perform in the exact same way as they do now. I'm aware that this isn't exactly a complex issue and won't be anywhere near the hardest project you've worked on, however, please do let me know if you have any questions.
