php script integration of Bitcoin

Hi, We need someone to create a PHP script that integrates with Bitcoin. A user signs up and creates a 'draw'. They enter the title of the draw, the text description, the amount of entries the draw is limited to and the time frame. The user can also add a specific password for entries. This then creates a page: [login to view URL] The page shows the title, description, how many 'entries' are left in the draw and the time frame. A user can then go to that page and join up as one of the entries. Once they have joined they need to deposit a specific amount of BTC - once desposited they can enter there name and number on the entry list - this is allowed if there are entries available and the time frame has not passed. A running total is shown showing how many entries have entered and how much BTC has been deposited as well as the timeframe left. All of the BTC is sent to the owner of the scripts wallet. Once the timeframe is over the owner of the script (via a backend system) chooses the winner and then all of the BTC is sent to there wallet. The draw is then closed and emails automatically sent to all entries notifying them of the results. Please only apply if you have created other scripts involving Bitcoin.
